Who's behind it

Built by engineers who have done the work.

CoderCo was created by engineers who saw the same problem repeatedly: talented people spending months learning isolated tools without understanding how to become useful in a real engineering team. We built CoderCo to connect structured learning, practical work, expert feedback, career preparation and community in one place.

Questions

Good to know

What is CoderCo?
CoderCo is a technology-career company. We help people build serious careers in DevOps and cloud engineering through the Academy, and we help companies hire capable engineering talent.
Is CoderCo only for complete beginners?
No. The roadmap starts from foundations, but it's built for anyone serious about DevOps, from career-changers with no background to existing engineers who want a structured route into cloud and platform work.
What's the difference between the Academy and the free community?
The free community is where you explore, ask questions and understand the landscape. The Academy is the structured, supported programme, roadmap, practical projects, live engineering support and career preparation.
Does CoderCo work with employers?
Yes. Through CoderCo for Companies we help teams hire experienced and high-potential engineering talent developed to real delivery standards. See For Companies.
Where can I see member results?
On Success Stories. Every published story is a real person with confirmed role details and their permission, over 200 members have landed roles so far.
Do I need to know how to code first?
No. DevOps is less about writing application code and more about systems: Linux, cloud, automation and how software actually ships. The roadmap starts from zero and you'll pick up the scripting you need along the way.
How is CoderCo different from a bootcamp or a Udemy course?
Courses give you videos; bootcamps give you a certificate. CoderCo is built around what actually gets people hired: a structured roadmap, real projects you can defend in interviews, live support from practising engineers, and career and interview preparation, with a community holding you accountable throughout.
How much time do I need each week?
It's self-paced, so it fits around work and family, consistency matters far more than intensity. Most members build momentum with regular weekly hours; the team will help you set a realistic plan during your application.
I'm already in IT support, is this for me?
IT support is one of the most common starting points in the community. You already have the foundations; the roadmap and projects are what turn that experience into a cloud or DevOps role, see the stories from members who made exactly that jump.
What does the Academy cost?
The Academy is $1,999 paid in full, with an instalment option. There's no checkout on this site, you apply first, speak with the team, and join only if it's the right fit. Full details on the Academy page.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes, members join from around the world, with recent roles landed in the UK, Sweden, Switzerland and the UAE. Job-market conditions and salary expectations vary by country, and the team will talk this through during your application.
