Ongoing support

They join your team.
Their community stays behind them.

Engineers from the CoderCo community continue to have access to live technical sessions, engineering support and a network of people working across DevOps, Cloud and Platform Engineering.

That means your team gains an engineer who continues learning, troubleshooting and developing while they work.

Questions

A few things you might want to know.

How quickly can an engineer start?
Availability depends on the individual engineer, notice periods and the requirements of the engagement. Because we maintain an active talent community rather than starting every search from zero, we can identify relevant available engineers quickly.
How do you prepare Academy engineers for client work?
Alongside the technical curriculum and hands-on projects, engineers complete an intensive two-week sprint designed around realistic workplace scenarios, engineering workflows, collaboration and delivery expectations.
Do engineers continue receiving support?
Yes. Engineers within the CoderCo community continue to have access to live technical sessions, technical support and the wider engineering community while developing their careers.
Can a contract engagement become permanent?
Yes. Contract-to-permanent arrangements can be discussed where they make sense for both the company and engineer, with terms agreed clearly in advance.
